Vintage WWII US Navy N-1 Deck Jacket Medium USN Stencil Military 36

100% AUTHENTIC vintage. Fresh from the estate of a US Navy Pilot active in Korea and Vietnam.
Markings on back "VF-53 / 42" I believe the pilot was active with VF-53 Iron Angels squadron.
Excellent vintage condition. Overall shows little fade. Typical light stains/soiling. Some small holes to knit cuffs. Lining very clean. Original TALON brass zipper working well, complete with leather lanyard. All buttons intact.
Marked size 36. Fits about a modern size 38-40. I wear size 40 jacket and it fits me nice and snug.
Measurements:
17.5" wide across shoulders.
21.5" across chest, measured from pit to pit.
25.5" long sleeves, from shoulder seam to cuff
28.5" long from top of collar to hem measured along back.
